The Arlaud Bonnes Mares 2020, Grand Cru of Bonnes Mares, reveals the soul of the limestone soils of the Côte de Nuits. This biodynamic Pinot Noir offers aromas of dark berries, incense and earth, a silky and mineral palate. To be enjoyed until 2030 with game or aged cheeses.
Domaine Arlaud
A family estate rooted in the Côte de Nuits, where the Burgundian heritage is passed down with exacting standards and respect for the terroir.
- Terroir: Limestone soils of the Bonnes-Mares appellation in Burgundy, shaping wines of rare minerality and elegance.
- Vinification: A biodynamic approach, gentle maceration and natural fermentation to preserve the purity of the Pinot Noir.
Tasting notes for the wine Domaine Arlaud Bonnes Mares 2020
Eye: Deep purple robe with garnet reflections, of a silky and luminous texture.
Nose: Aromas of black cherry and wild blackberry, lifted by hints of violet, liquorice and a subtle chalky, almost saline note.
Palate: A precise and taut attack, velvety yet structured tannins, limestone minerality in filigree, and a long finish carried by a vibrant freshness.
Serve at 16–18°C in a Burgundy glass to release its full complexity.

A vintage marked by balance, where the ripeness of the fruit pairs with a lively acidity, offering a wine that is both approachable and endowed with great potential.
- Ageing potential: 15 to 20 years, to be kept under optimal conditions (stable temperature, controlled humidity).
