The Bonnes Mares 1993 from Domaine Arlaud, a Grand Cru from Burgundy, is made from Pinot Noir grown on clay-limestone soils. Its aromas of black cherry and spices, enhanced by barrel ageing, lead to a silky and mineral palate. Perfect with game or a noble poultry such as goose.
Nestled in the heart of Morey-Saint-Denis, this family estate has embodied exacting standards and faithfulness to the Burgundian terroir since 1942.
- Terroir: Clay-limestone soils of the Côte de Nuits, where the Grands Crus reveal a chalky minerality and unique depth.
- Winemaking: Biodynamic approach and precise ageing for wines of remarkable purity and tension.

On the nose: Aromas of candied black cherry, damp undergrowth, liquorice and black truffle, lifted by a saline touch and a hint of blonde tobacco.
On the palate: Velvety yet taut texture, driven by a vibrant acidity and chalky minerality, with a long and elegant finish marked by notes of leather and gentle spices.
