To the eye: a deep red robe with garnet reflections, dense and silky, revealing a generous substance and a beautiful intensity.
On the nose: aromas of wild blackberry and fresh blackcurrant intertwine with notes of licorice, black pepper, and a saline touch, evoking the chalky soils of Cornas.
On the palate: a velvety texture, carried by a lively acidity and a granitic minerality, with a long and spiced finish where hints of tobacco and leather intertwine.
Serve at 16–18°C in a Burgundy-style red wine glass to release its full complexity.
