Nestled in the heart of Cornas, this family estate embodies a heritage of Syrah shaped by Ardèche’s schist soils, with each generation refining the art of expressing the terroir.

- Winemaking : Traditional methods—whole bunches, natural fermentation and aging in large oak casks—produce cuvées of remarkable purity and tension.

- Appearance : A deep ruby color with garnet highlights, dense and silky, revealing full ripeness and generous substance.
- On the nose : Fresh aromas of rosehip and sour cherry at first, opening into deeper notes of wild blackberry and blueberry, lifted by an iron-like touch and chalky minerality.
- On the palate : A lively, precise opening with ripe, velvety tannins, taut acidity and mineral salinity that extends into a long, nuanced finish.
Serve at 16°C in a Burgundy-style red wine glass to release its full complexity.
