Aurélien Suenen Cramant Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs Les Robarts 2017 is born on the chalky soils of Cramant, a Grand Cru terroir. This Chardonnay, aged in large oak barrels, seduces with its minerality, its notes of citrus and brioche, and its silky texture. Ideal with seafood, it will develop until 2030.
A family house rooted in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, Aurélien Suenen perpetuates a viticultural heritage where the terroir dictates every choice.
– Terroir: Chalky and clay-limestone soils of Cramant, Grand Cru of Champagne, where Campanian chalk imprints a distinctive minerality on the wines.
- Vinification: Parcel-based and organic approach, with natural fermentations in large oak barrels to preserve the purity of the Chardonnay.

On the eye – A pale golden robe, of a crystalline clarity, where fine and persistent bubbles draw a silky stream.
On the nose – First lively and airy, with aromas of lime and crunchy apple, then deeper notes of toasted brioche, soft vanilla and a saline touch recalling iodine and flint.
On the palate – A texture that is both creamy and taut, carried by a vibrant acidity and a chalky minerality that stretches into a saline finish of great precision.
