The Benoît Lahaye Blanc de Blancs, from a confidential plot in Voipreux, expresses a clay-limestone terroir. Old-vine Chardonnay, biodynamics and oak barrels without sulphites. Aromas of white flowers and citrus, a lively and saline palate. Brut Nature, to be enjoyed with oysters.
A family estate rooted in the Grand Cru of Bouzy, where the vine has been in dialogue with the terroir for generations.
- Terroir : Exceptional plots in the Côte des Blancs – clay-limestone soils and deep chalk, shaping Chardonnays of rare minerality.
- Vinification : Biological and biodynamic methods, indigenous yeasts, aging in used barrels – an uncompromising pursuit of purity.
Tasting notes for the wine Benoît Lahaye Blanc de Blancs
To the eye – Pale yellow robe with golden reflections, of crystalline clarity, crowned by a fine and persistent mousse, like a lace of bubbles.
On the nose – Aromas of fresh white flowers, crunchy green apple, candied citrus zests, then a touch of graphite and ginger, carried by a saline minerality evoking sea spray.
On the palate – Silky and taut texture, lively and precise acidity, chalky minerality that structures a long, saline finish of vibrant elegance.
Serve between 8 and 10°C in a narrow Champagne flute to preserve its tension and aromas.

A blend cuvée where two vintages harmoniously intertwine, revealing the consistency of a style and the singularity of a terroir.
- Aging potential : 5 to 8 years, to be stored in a cool cellar (12–14°C) and away from light.
