The Clandestin Les Passagers Fiole Brut Nature R23, a Blanc de Blancs from the Aube, draws its minerality from the limestone soils of the Barséquannais. Aged in barrels without dosage, it reveals aromas of citrus and white flowers. Lively and silky, it pairs beautifully with seafood or can be cellared for 3 to 5 years.
A domain born from a passion for a secret terroir, where biodynamics reveals the soul of the Côtes des Bar.
- Terroir: Portlandian and Kimmeridgian limestone soils of the Barséquannais, the cradle of a chalky minerality and a unique tension.
- Winemaking: Fermentation in oak barrels, plots vinified separately, zero dosage for a pure and vibrant expression of Chardonnay.
