This Champagne Brut Nature R23 from Clandestin, made from Pinot Noir grown on the Kimmeridgian marls of Landreville, combines red fruits and chalky minerality. Aged in barrels, it offers a silky and saline palate. To be savored with crustaceans or poultry, or cellared until 2035.
Nestled in the heart of the Côte des Bar, this family estate embodies the alliance of a singular terroir and a winemaking approach respectful of natural balances.
- Terroir : Kimmeridgian marl and Portlandian limestone soils in Landreville, fully south-facing – a mineral and sun-drenched signature.
- Winemaking : Gentle pressing, spontaneous fermentation in used barrels and aging on lees for taut and pure champagnes, without artifice.

To the eye – A golden robe with pale highlights, of a silky texture and crystalline clarity, like a glint of chalk in the light.
On the nose – Aromas of tart apple and Williams pear mingle with notes of hawthorn blossom, before a saline touch and a hint of toasted hazelnut reveal the depth of the Pinot Noir.
On the palate – A lively and precise attack, carried by a taut acidity and a chalky minerality, while the ample and vinous body stretches into a saline and persistent finish.
