To the eye – A deep ruby robe with garnet highlights, of a velvety density and crystalline brilliance, heralding a generous and precise wine.
On the nose – An enchanting bouquet where ripe blackcurrant, wild blackberry, and black cherry intertwine, lifted by floral notes of violet and faded rose, before opening up to accents of cedar, blond tobacco, and a hint of vanilla, the hallmark of a masterfully handled aging process.
On the palate – A silky and dense texture, driven by a vibrant acidity and a chalky minerality, where the melted tannins stretch into a long and persistent finish, giving way to nuances of dark chocolate, truffle, and a subtle saltiness.
