Stéphane Bernaudeau presents Les Onglés 2023, a dry Chenin Blanc from Anjou, born on schist and limestone. Vinified in barrels and aged on lees, it offers a mineral, fresh and silky palate. Ideal with sauced dishes or cheeses, to be enjoyed now or within 2 to 4 years.

An artisan winemaker rooted in Martigné-Briand, Stéphane Bernaudeau carries on a legacy of natural wines, shaped by the Anjou terroir and a biodynamic approach.
- Terroir: Chenin Blanc vines on schist and limestone slopes of the Loire Valley, south-west facing – a mineral and sun-drenched signature.
- Vinification: Aged in barrels, on fine lees, without additives, for wines that are vibrant and precise.
Tasting notes for Domaine Stéphane Bernaudeau Les Onglés 2023
To the eye: A golden robe with green highlights, of a silky and slightly unctuous texture, like a veil of light on the glass.
On the nose: Aromas of crisp green apple, hawthorn blossom, then acacia honey and flint, with a saline touch evoking sea spray.
On the palate: A lively, taut attack, carried by a crystalline acidity and a chalky minerality; the finish, long and saline, leaves an impression of purity and elegance.
Serve between 10 and 12°C, in a Burgundy-style white wine glass to reveal its full complexity.

A vintage marked by a balanced ripeness, where freshness and concentration respond to one another in harmony.
- Aging potential: 8 to 10 years, to be kept in a cool place (12–14°C) and away from light.
