To the eye: A deep garnet red robe of silky density, where light reflects with understated elegance.
On the nose: First, notes of fresh blackcurrant and wild blackberry, followed by a hint of cedar and graphite, before giving way to a subtle mineral saltiness, like a breath of wind over the gravels.
On the palate: A velvety texture, carried by a lively acidity and a chalky tension, where fine tannins stretch into a long and persistent finish, marked by aromas of liquorice and soft spices.
Serve at 16–18°C in a Bordeaux glass to release its full complexity.
