The Petit Roy Savigny-lès-Beaune 2020 from Domaine Petit-Roy, made from Pinot Noir on clay-limestone soils. Vinification with whole clusters, ageing in used barrels: red berries, rose and spices. Silky tannins, mineral freshness. Perfect with poultry or charcuterie. Ageing potential: 10 years.

A family estate rooted in the hillsides of Savigny-lès-Beaune, where respect for the terroir guides every harvest.
- Terroir: Well-drained clay-limestone soils of the south-west hillsides of the Côte de Beaune, shaping wines of mineral elegance.
- Vinification: Natural method – whole clusters, indigenous yeasts and ageing in used barrels to preserve the purity of the Pinot Noir.

To the eye: Deep ruby robe with garnet reflections, of a silky and luminous texture.
On the nose: Freshness of crunchy red berries, faded rose petals, gentle spices and a saline touch reminiscent of the chalky soils of the terroir.
On the palate: A lively and precise attack, silky tannins enveloping a taut acidity, a long mineral finish where juicy fruits and earthy depth intertwine.
Serve between 14 and 15 °C in a Burgundy glass to release its aromas.
