The Latricières-Chambertin 2006, Grand Cru from Domaine Trapet, is born on the limestone soils of Gevrey-Chambertin. This Pinot Noir, aged in barrels, reveals notes of cherry, spices and undergrowth. Silky palate, precise tannins and a mineral finish. Ideal through 2026 with red meats or cheeses.
For four generations, this family estate has embodied the excellence of the Grand Crus of Gevrey-Chambertin, combining respect for the terroir with artisanal expertise.
- Terroir: Clay-limestone soils of the Côte de Nuits, where Pinot Noir draws its minerality and depth from Grand Cru classified plots.
- Vinification: Aged in oak barrels for a pure and structured expression, where the freshness of the fruit engages with the complexity of the wood.

Nose: A bouquet where fresh black cherry mingles with notes of damp undergrowth, a touch of liquorice and a saline hint evoking the chalky soils of the terroir.
