The Latricières-Chambertin Grand Cru 2012 from Domaine Duroché draws its elegance from the limestone soils of Gevrey-Chambertin. This Pinot Noir, with its floral notes and fine tannins, captivates with its lively freshness and minerality. Perfect through 2035, it beautifully complements game and poultry.
A family estate rooted in the heart of Gevrey-Chambertin, where five generations craft wines of rare purity, faithful to their Burgundian terroir.
- Terroir : Crinoidal limestone soils and alluvial deposits in the Côte de Nuits, the cradle of Burgundy's most elegant Grands Crus.
- Winemaking : A respectful approach – unfiltered, unfined – to preserve the natural tension and minerality of the Pinot Noir.
Tasting notes for Domaine Duroché Latricières-Chambertin Grand Cru 2012
- To the eye : Deep ruby robe with garnet reflections, of a silky texture and crystalline brilliance.
- On the nose : Aromas of fresh violet, ripe black cherry, soft spices and undergrowth, lifted by a saline and chalky touch characteristic of the great terroirs of Gevrey-Chambertin.
- On the palate : Precise and taut attack, fine and velvety tannins, lively acidity carrying a saline minerality, leading to a long and elegant finish of distinguished refinement.
Serve between 14 and 16°C in a Burgundy glass to reveal its full complexity.

- Aging potential : To be kept until 2035 under optimal conditions – cool cellar, away from light and vibrations.
