The Latricières-Chambertin Grand Cru 2000 from Domaine Trapet Père & Fils is born from the chalky soils of the Côte de Nuits. This Pinot Noir, aged in barrels, combines black fruits, spices and minerality. On the palate, silky and fresh, it pairs with game or can be kept until 2025.
Heir to a family expertise rooted in Gevrey-Chambertin, this estate cultivates the excellence of Burgundian Grands Crus with humility and precision.
- Terroir: White marl and rocky soils, exposed to the cool air of the Combe de Grisard, shaping wines of chalky minerality and rare elegance.
- Vinification: Aged in oak barrels, respect for natural cycles and measured extraction to reveal the purity of the Pinot Noir.

To the eye: Garnet robe with tawny highlights, of a silky density where light dances with a mineral subtlety.
On the nose: Aromas of candied black cherry, wilted violet, damp undergrowth and liquorice, lifted by a saline touch and a hint of graphite.
On the palate: Velvety texture, carried by a lively acidity and a chalky minerality, with a long and taut finish where soft spices and melted tannins intertwine.
Serve at 16-18°C in a Burgundy glass to release all its complexity.
