A family estate rooted in Sarrians, at the heart of the Côtes du Rhône, where Emmanuel Reynaud's heritage translates into wines of rare authenticity.

- Winemaking: Traditional methods, carefully controlled aging to preserve the purity of the fruit and the tension of the grape varieties.
Tasting notes for Château des Tours Côtes du Rhône 2016
To the eye: A deep red robe with garnet hues, of silky texture and promising density.
On the nose: Aromas of wild blackberry and black cherry, lifted by notes of grey pepper, licorice, and a saline hint reminiscent of sun-drenched garrigue.
On the palate: A lively and precise attack, silky tannins, acidity well balanced by a chalky minerality, long and persistent finish on gentle spices.
Serve at 16–18°C in a Bordeaux-style red wine glass to reveal its full complexity.

A vintage marked by ideal climatic balance, offering wines that are both generous and structured, where the ripeness of the fruit combines with a remarkable freshness.
