Discover Françis Boulard & Fille Le Murtet Petit Montagne Brut Nature 2019, an exceptional champagne from a family estate based in Cormicy, in the Massif de Saint-Thierry, north of Reims. Since 2009, Françis Boulard and his daughter Delphine have been cultivating 3 hectares biodynamically, sublimating a siliceous-limestone terroir for wines of rare authenticity.
This vintage champagne is made from 100% Chardonnay from the Le Murtet parcel, planted on sandy soil. Vinification follows a natural approach: spontaneous fermentation in oak barrels, without filtration, with aging for 8 months on lees and 4 years on laths, without dosage (0 g/l), offering a pure expression of the 2019 vintage.
To the eye, its pale gold color sparkles with delicate bubbles. On the nose, tasting notes reveal fresh aromas of lemon, green apple and white flowers, with a saline minerality. On the palate, it offers a lively texture, sharp acidity and an elegant finish, blending citrus and chalky notes. Ideal with oysters or an aperitif, this Brut Nature embodies the finesse and biodynamic commitment of Françis Boulard & Fille.
