The Bart Bonnes-Mares 2017, a Pinot Noir from Domaine Bart, is born on the clay-limestone soils of Bonnes-Mares Grand Cru. Dark fruits and spices mingle with a woody touch, while the palate, dense and mineral, offers an elegant structure. Perfect until 2030 alongside rich dishes.
Domaine Bart
A family estate rooted in Marsannay-la-Côte, where respect for the terroir has guided every harvest for generations.
- Terroir: The clay-limestone soils of the Bonnes-Mares Grand Cru appellation, in the Côte de Nuits, shape Pinot Noirs of chalky minerality and taut elegance.
- Vinification: Precise ageing in barrels, where the wine's natural structure refines itself without artifice, revealing the purity of the fruit and the depth of the terroir.
