To the eye: Garnet robe with tiled reflections, of a silky density where the maturity of the tannins can be sensed.
On the nose: Aromas of candied blackcurrant, cedar, blond tobacco and undergrowth, lifted by a saline touch and a hint of graphite.
On the palate: Velvety texture, carried by a lively acidity and a chalky minerality, with a long, taut finish where gentle spices linger.
Serve at 16-18°C in a Bordeaux glass to release its nuances.
