To the eye: A garnet robe with tawny highlights, of velvety density where light dances with a generous and serene substance.
On the nose: Aromas of candied black cherry, damp undergrowth, gentle liquorice and black truffle, lifted by a saline touch and a hint of blonde tobacco.
On the palate: A silky and taut texture, where lively acidity marries a chalky minerality, prolonged by a long and harmonious finish marked by notes of leather and gentle spices.
Serve at 16–18°C in a Burgundy glass to unlock its full complexity.
