Born on the legendary soils of Clos Vougeot, this Grand Cru 2012 from Domaine Prieuré Roch is a highly precise Pinot Noir. Black fruits, spices and minerality intertwine in a silky, taut texture. To be savoured through 2030, ideal with boeuf bourguignon or characterful cheeses.

Nestled in the heart of Burgundy, this estate embodies the alliance of a Cistercian heritage and a contemporary pursuit of purity. Founded in 1988, it rigorously cultivates iconic parcels, where each vine tells the story of a terroir.
- Terroir : The clay-limestone soils of the Côte de Nuits, particularly in Vougeot, lend the wines a chalky minerality and a unique depth, the hallmark of Burgundian Grands Crus.
- Winemaking : A refined approach, respectful of the fruit and traditions, for cuvées that are both precise and sensual, where Pinot Noir expresses itself without artifice.

- To the eye : A garnet red robe with deep highlights, of silky and luminous texture, heralding a wine that is both powerful and elegant.
- On the nose : A bouquet blending aromas of black cherry, violet and liquorice, lifted by a touch of forest undergrowth and a subtle mineral salinity, evoking the limestone soils of the Clos.
- On the palate : A lively and taut attack, carried by silky tannins and precise acidity, giving way to a long, mineral finish where notes of ripe fruit and gentle spices unfold.
Serve between 14 and 16°C, in a Burgundy glass to reveal its full complexity.
