A family estate rooted in Anjou, where Chenin Blanc expresses itself with rare precision, shaped by an exceptional terroir and a natural philosophy.
- Terroir: Schist and clay-limestone soils of the Loire Valley, the cradle of great Chenins, where biodynamics reveals the minerality and tension of the wines.

Tasting notes for the wine Domaine Stéphane Bernaudeau Les Onglés 2023
In the glass: A pale yellow robe with golden highlights, of silky clarity, like a glint of stone polished by time.
On the nose: Aromas of Williams pear and acacia blossom intertwine with notes of candied citrus zests, before giving way to a saline touch and a discreet clove spice, reminiscent of chalky undergrowth.
On the palate: Velvety and taut texture, carried by a lively acidity and a chalky minerality, extending into a long and saline finish, where fresh almonds and linden honey intertwine.
Serve at 12–14°C in a Burgundy-style white wine glass to reveal its full complexity.

A vintage marked by balanced ripeness, where freshness and concentration respond to each other in harmony.
- Aging potential: To enjoy now or to cellar for 5 to 8 years in a cool, dark place, to allow its mineral nuances to fully develop.
