A family estate rooted in Anjou, where Chenin Blanc flourishes on limestone hillsides, crafting wines of rare precision.

To the eye: A pale yellow robe with sparkling reflections, of silky clarity and promising density.
On the nose: Aromas of Williams pear and hawthorn blossom, followed by a touch of clove and a saline hint reminiscent of sea spray.
On the palate: A smooth and taut texture, carried by a lively acidity and a chalky minerality, with a long, saline finish evoking fresh almond and acacia honey.
Serve at 13°C in a white Burgundy-style wine glass to reveal its full complexity.
