Appearance – A pale golden robe, of a crystalline clarity, traversed by silver highlights that betray its mineral tension.
On the nose – First notes of green apple and Williams pear, followed by a touch of hawthorn blossom and candied citrus zest, before a subtle salinity underscores the schist depth of the terroir.
On the palate – A silky yet taut texture, where lively acidity and chalky minerality balance into a long, saline finish, carried by aromas of white fruits and fresh herbs.
Serve between 10 and 12°C, in a Burgundy-style white wine glass to reveal the wine's complexity.
