The Stéphane Bernaudeau Les Onglés 2021, a Chenin Blanc cuvée grown on schist in Anjou, captivates with its minerality and aromas of white fruits, thyme and spice. Aged in barrels, this dry, lively and chalky white wine pairs beautifully with fish and cheese. To be enjoyed now or through 2028.

A family estate rooted in Martigné-Briand, where Chenin Blanc expresses itself with rare authenticity, shaped by schist and time.
- Terroir : Schist parcels in Anjou, south-west facing, where old vines (40–60 years) draw a distinctive minerality.
- Winemaking : Biodynamic methods, aging in barrels and minimal intervention to preserve the purity of the fruit.

- To the eye : Golden robe with pale highlights, of silky clarity, like a glint of schist in the light.
- On the nose : First, aromas of tart apple and Williams pear, followed by a touch of fresh thyme, then a saline edge and a discreet but persistent peppery breath.
- On the palate : A taut, almost chalky texture, where lively acidity engages with a saline minerality, extended by a long and precise finish, carried by notes of ripe pome fruits.
Serve between 10 and 12°C, in a Burgundy-style white wine glass to reveal its full complexity.
