The Stéphane Bernaudeau Les Onglés 2022, a Chenin Blanc from the schist soils of Thouarcé, is a dry white wine with aromas of white fruits and spices. Naturally fermented and aged in barrels, its saline and mineral palate captivates with its almond finish. Best decanted, it pairs beautifully with white fish and improves with time.

- On the nose : Aromas of Williams pear and acacia blossom unfold in the foreground, followed by a hint of clove and a saline note.
- On the palate : A lively and precise attack, carried by a chalky acidity that stretches into a saline and persistent finish, where toasted almonds and shrub honey intertwine.
Serve at 13 °C in a white Burgundy-style wine glass to reveal its full complexity.

A vintage marked by a balanced maturity, where cool nights preserved the mineral tension of the Chenin Blanc.
- Ageing potential : To be kept 5 to 8 years in a cool, dark cellar to allow its tertiary aromas to fully develop.
