On the nose: Aromas of crisp green apple, linden blossom, then acacia honey, followed by a saline touch reminiscent of sea spray and sun-warmed flint.
On the palate: A lively and precise attack, carried by a taut acidity and a chalky minerality, leading to a long, saline finish where notes of candied lemon and gunflint intertwine.
Serve at 13°C in a Burgundy-style white wine glass to reveal its full complexity.
