Nestled in the heart of the Côte des Bar, in the commune of Neuville-sur-Seine, Domaine de Bichery is a discreet address that has quickly established itself as one of the most sought-after references in independent Champagne viticulture. Led by Hannah and Raphaël Piconnet, this small, certified organic family estate embodies a radically sincere vision of champagne: no blending across vintages, no dosage, no filtration. One grape variety, one plot, one wine. Each cuvée is a declaration of authenticity, an unguarded dive into the reality of the Aube terroir and the vintage. The wines are aged in barrels, without additives, fermented naturally with indigenous yeasts, and are unfined and unfiltered.
