The history of Maison Salon dates back to the early 20th century, when Eugène-Aimé Salon began producing a few bottles of Champagne for his personal consumption and friends, becoming a pioneer of Blanc de Blancs. Given its success, Maison Salon officially established itself in the market in 1920, and in 1928 the decision was made to produce only vintage champagnes in great years: this was the beginning of the Salon legend. Enthusiasts eagerly await the release of the next vintage of this grand cru champagne, aged for a minimum of ten years in the cellar. These cuvées are unique, both in their identity and in the finesse, elegance, and purity experienced during tasting. Following Eugène-Aimé Salon's passing, his ideas, creativity, and precision have been maintained by subsequent generations, offering the purest and most hedonistic expression of the Côte des Blancs. Since 1988, Maison Salon has joined forces with Maison Delamotte, under the direction of the Laurent Perrier Group, perpetuating the uniqueness of this great Champagne present on all Michelin-starred tables.
