To the eye: Garnet red robe with brick-red highlights, of a silky and dense texture.
On the nose: Aromas of fresh violet, wild blackberry and black cherry, lifted by notes of liquorice, undergrowth and a chalky mineral touch.
On the palate: Velvety attack, supple yet present tannins, lively tension carried by precise acidity and a long finish marked by a delicate salinity.
Serve at 16°C in a Burgundy glass to reveal its full complexity.
