Tasting notes for the wine Domaine Bart Chambertin Clos de Bèze 2016
In the glass: A deep red robe with garnet reflections, of a silky and luminous density.
On the nose: Aromas of rose petal and candied orange peel intertwine with black cherry and blackcurrant, lifted by a saline touch and a hint of dark chocolate.
On the palate: The attack is ample, carried by a lively acidity and an elegant tannic structure, while the chalky minerality extends a long and precise finish.
Serve at 16 °C in a Burgundy glass to reveal its full purity.
