Domaine Bart
Rooted in the heart of Gevrey-Chambertin, Domaine Bart perpetuates a family heritage where rigour and respect for the terroir guide every vintage.
- Terroir: The clay-limestone and marly soils of Chambertin Clos de Bèze, exposed full east, impart a chalky minerality and a taut elegance to the wines, the hallmark of the Grands Crus of the Côte de Nuits.
- Vinification: Aged in oak barrels (20-30% new) for 18 months, to preserve the purity of the Pinot Noir and reveal a silky texture, without artifice.
