Tasting notes for Château Cheval Blanc 2017 Magnum
- To the eye : A deep purple robe with garnet reflections, of a silky density and crystalline brilliance.
- On the nose : A generous bouquet where wild blackberry, fresh violet, notes of liquorice and a subtle hint of graphite intertwine, carried by a chalky minerality.
- On the palate : A velvety attack, supported by vibrant acidity and a precise tannic structure, giving way to a long and saline finish, marked by aromas of cocoa and sweet spices.
Serve between 16 and 18°C in a Bordeaux glass to release its full complexity.
