The Grand Cru Ambonnay 2014 by Bérèche et Fils, born on the chalky soils of Ambonnay, expresses Pinot Noir with purity. Vinified in barrels, it reveals notes of red fruits, almond and a vibrant minerality. Elegant and fresh, it pairs with refined dishes or can be cellared for 10 years.
A family house rooted in Ludes since 1847, Bérèche et Fils embodies the alliance between Champagne tradition and respect for the terroir.
- Terroir: Chalky and clay-limestone soils of the Montagne de Reims, where the Grand Cru plots reveal a unique minerality.
- Vinification: Natural methods, fermentation in barrels and aging on lees for cuvées of rare precision.

To the eye: Golden robe with pale highlights, a silky texture and a fine, persistent effervescence.
On the nose: Aromas of black cherry and fresh raspberry, followed by notes of roasted almond, toasted brioche and a saline hint reminiscent of Ambonnay chalk.

Serve between 8 and 10°C in a flûte à champagne or a white wine glass to reveal its full complexity.
