From the chalky terroirs of Avize and Cramant, the Grand Cru Minéral 2019 by Agrapart & Fils is a Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut of Chardonnay Grand Cru. Aged on lees and in barrels, it reveals a saline minerality, citrus notes and a taut palate. Perfect for 10 to 15 years, with oysters or fine fish.
A family estate rooted at the heart of the Côte des Blancs, where five generations have crafted Champagnes of unequalled mineral purity.
- Terroir: Chalky soils of the Grands Crus Avize and Cramant, where chalk imprints a saline tension and crystalline elegance on the wines.
- Vinification: Artisanal method, extended aging on lees and low dosage to reveal the complexity of the Chardonnay.
