Château Canon 1985, Premier Grand Cru Classé B of Saint-Émilion, is born on clay-limestone soils. A blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc, it unveils notes of dried flowers and red plum, refined in oak barrels. Silky and mineral, it pairs perfectly with duck with blueberries and can be enjoyed through 2027.
A family estate rooted in the clay-limestone hillsides of Saint-Émilion, where the winemaking heritage is passed on with the utmost care.
- Terroir: 34 hectares of chalky and clay-limestone soils, the birthplace of the great Merlot and Cabernet Franc of the Saint-Émilion Grand Cru appellation.
- Vinification: manual harvesting, aging in French oak barrels for a precise and elegant expression of the terroir.
