Clos Fourtet 1975, Premier Grand Cru Classé B from Saint-Émilion, draws its character from a limestone terroir. A blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc, it captivates with aromas of red fruits, a spiced touch and a chalky minerality. Aged in barrels, its silky texture and refined tannins make it an elegant wine, ideal with duck breast or aged cheeses.
Nestled on the limestone plateau of Saint-Émilion, this family estate embodies the excellence of an exceptional terroir, where tradition and precision have met for generations.
- Terroir : Chalky and clay-limestone soils of the Saint-Émilion Grand Cru appellation, imparting a distinctive minerality and rare elegance to the wines.
- Winemaking : Rigorous methods combining stainless steel tanks for freshness and oak barrels for complexity, in respect of the fruit and structure.
