To the eye: Ruby robe with tiled highlights, of a silky density where light dances on deep nuances.
On the nose: Aromas of ripe blackcurrant intertwine with notes of liquorice, blonde tobacco and cedar, lifted by a saline and mineral hint evoking the gravel soils of the terroir.
On the palate: An ample and velvety texture, carried by lively acidity and an elegant tannic framework, while the long and taut finish releases echoes of dried fruits and gentle spices.
Serve at 16–18°C in a Bordeaux glass to release its full complexity.
