To the eye: A deep garnet red robe, deep and brilliant, with reflections of a chalky intensity.
On the nose: Aromas of fresh blackberry and blackcurrant, lifted by floral notes of violet, a touch of cedar and a subtle graphite minerality.
On the palate: A silky and taut texture, where the precise acidity combines with a saline minerality, for a long and harmonious finish, marked by elegant tannins.
Serve at 16–18°C in a Bordeaux glass to reveal its full complexity.
