The Château Mouton Rothschild 1975, Premier Grand Cru Classé of Pauillac, was born on the gravels of the Médoc. Composed of 80–85% Cabernet Sauvignon, it offers aromas of blackcurrant, cedar and spices, with silky tannins and a well-balanced structure. Perfect with roast lamb or game.

Tasting notes for Château Mouton Rothschild 1975
To the eye: Garnet robe with tawny highlights, of silky density, betraying a fully accomplished maturity and a velvety texture.
On the nose: Aromas of candied blackcurrant, cedar, blonde tobacco and undergrowth, lifted by a saline touch and a hint of graphite, the signature of Pauillac's greatest terroirs.
On the palate: A broad and fleshy attack, supported by a lively acidity and still-present tannins, offering a long and mineral finish where gentle spices and notes of leather intertwine.
Serve at 16–18°C in a Bordeaux glass to fully release its complexity.
