From the chalky soils of Valmur, the Chablis Grand Cru 2024 from Domaine Droin combines minerality and precision. Aged with 35% oak, it offers aromas of chalk and citrus, a taut and lively palate. Perfect from 2030 with shellfish or cheeses.
Since 1620, this family estate has embodied the soul of Chablis, carried forward by the fourteenth generation of winegrowers.
- Terroir: Kimmeridgian soils of Valmur, where clay and marine fossils sculpt wines of chalky minerality and unique tension.
- Vinification: A balance between tradition and modernity, with a measured touch of oak to preserve the purity of the Chardonnay.
