A family estate rooted in the heart of Chablis, where tradition and exacting standards shape wines of rare purity.
- Terroir: Kimmeridgian soils, rich in marine fossils, imparting a chalky minerality and characteristic tension to the wines – here, the Grand Cru Les Preuses, one of the seven most prestigious climates of the appellation.

In the eye: Pale golden robe, of crystalline clarity, animated by a vivid brilliance and a silky texture.
On the nose: Aromas of white flowers and ripe stone fruits – vineyard peach, apricot – followed by a hint of sage and fresh mint, all underscored by a saline minerality and a touch of iodine.
On the palate: A precise and taut attack, carried by a vibrant acidity and a smooth texture; the chalky minerality extends into a long, saline finish of persistent elegance.
Serve between 10 and 12°C, in a Burgundy-style white wine glass to reveal its full complexity.
Vintage 2012
A vintage marked by optimal grape maturity, yielding wines of great precision and remarkable balance.
- Ageing potential: To be cellared until 2030 or beyond, under ideal conditions (stable temperature between 12 and 14°C, away from light).
