Vincent Dauvissat Chablis Grand cru Les Preuses 2003
Vincent Dauvissat Chablis Grand Cru Les Preuses 2003, crafted within the Chablis Grand Cru appellation, draws its minerality from Kimmeridgian soils. This Chardonnay combines aromas of flint, white fruits and a toasty touch with a taut and saline palate. Ideal to accompany oysters and noble fish.
Domaine Vincent Dauvissat
A family estate rooted in the Chablis terroir since 1931, where biodynamics guides every gesture to reveal the purity of the Chardonnay.
- Terroir: Kimmeridgian soils of the Côte des Preuses, where clay and marine fossils sculpt wines of chalky minerality and unique tension.
- Vinification: Barrel aging in oak, without excess, to preserve the freshness and natural elegance of the grapes.
