Tasting notes for Domaine Vincent Dauvissat Chablis Grand Cru Les Clos 2019
In the eye: Robe of a pale gold with green highlights, of crystalline clarity and a silky texture, like a veil of light on chalk.
On the nose: Aromas of candied citrus, acacia blossom and roasted hazelnut, followed by a saline touch and an almost tactile minerality.
On the palate: A lively and precise attack, carried by a taut acidity and a velvety texture, where notes of flint mingle and lead into a saline finish of remarkable length.
Serve between 12 and 14°C in a white Burgundy glass to exalt its complexity.

- Aging potential: 15 to 20 years, to be stored under optimal conditions (stable temperature, away from light).
