To the eye: Deep garnet robe with ruby highlights, of a silky density and crystalline brilliance.
On the nose: Aromas of fresh violet, ripe black cherry, damp undergrowth, and a saline touch reminiscent of flint stones, all enveloped in a chalky minerality.
On the palate: Velvety and taut texture, carried by a lively acidity and a mineral salinity, with a long and precise finish where gentle spices and dark fruits intertwine.
Serve at 16-18°C in a Burgundy glass to reveal its full complexity.
