- Appearance : A garnet-red robe with brick-red highlights, dense and luminous, revealing a silky texture from the very first glance.
- On the nose : A generous bouquet opens on aromas of ripe blackcurrant and wild blackberry, then enriches itself with notes of cedar, blonde tobacco and a spicy hint of black pepper, all supported by a chalky minerality.
- On the palate : The attack is lively and precise, carried by firm yet velvety tannins, a taut acidity and a long finish, where nuances of licorice, graphite and a subtle saltiness intertwine.
Serve between 16 and 18°C in a Bordeaux glass to fully release its aromas.
