- Vinification : A meticulous blend, aged in new oak barrels, yielding cuvées that are both powerful and silkily precise, reflecting the soul of the terroir.

- Appearance : A garnet-red robe with tawny highlights, dense and luminous, heralding generous substance and harmonious development.
- On the nose : First aromas of ripe blackcurrant and wild blackberry, followed by notes of cedar, blonde tobacco and a hint of undergrowth, all lifted by a subtle chalky minerality.
- On the palate : A broad and velvety attack, carried by melted yet still present tannins, a lively acidity that brings tension, and a long finish where gentle spices and a slight saltiness intertwine.
Serve at 16–18°C in a Bordeaux glass to fully release its aromas.
