- Terroir: Vines over 45 years old at Pressonnier, on clay-limestone soils typical of Bourgogne Côte d'Or, imparting a chalky minerality and elegant tension to the wines.
- Vinification: Aged in oak barrels (25% new) for a precise expression of Pinot Noir, combining structure and silkiness.
To the eye: Deep ruby robe with garnet highlights, dense and luminous in texture.
On the nose: Aromas of ripe plum, fresh blackcurrant and red fruit liqueur, lifted by a touch of noble wood and a subtle mineral salinity.
On the palate: A silky attack, lively acidity and precise tannins, sketching a fleshy and taut texture, with a long, chalky finish marked by notes of cherry and light smoke.
Serve at 14-16°C in a Burgundy glass to reveal its purity.
A generous vintage, marked by optimal ripeness of the grapes, offering balanced and structured wines.
- Ageing potential: 5 to 8 years, to be stored in cool and stable conditions (12-14°C, controlled humidity).
