The Coche-Dury Monthélie 2023, a red from the Côte de Beaune, reveals the limestone terroir of Monthélie. This precise and vibrant Pinot Noir offers notes of cherry and spice, a silky texture and a chalky minerality. Ideal with duck breast or cheeses, it can be cellared for 5 to 8 years.
A family estate rooted in Meursault, where exacting standards and tradition shape wines of rare precision.
- Terroir: Clay-limestone soils of the Côte de Beaune, the cradle of great Burgundy Pinot Noirs, where each plot expresses a distinctive minerality.
- Vinification: A meticulous approach, barrel aging for a pure expression and a silky tension, without artifice.
