A family estate rooted in the chalky soils of Meursault, where exacting standards and patience shape wines of rare precision.
- Terroir: The limestone hillsides of the Côte de Beaune, where white clays and marls impart a vibrant minerality and unique tension to the Chardonnay.
- Vinification: Aged in oak barrels, with minimal intervention to preserve the purity of the fruit and the saline signature of the terroir.

To the eye: A golden robe with green highlights, of silky density, like a veil of light over chalk.
On the nose: Aromas of hawthorn blossom and candied lemon intertwine with notes of roasted hazelnut and flint, carried by a saline touch that evokes the breezes of the Côte.
On the palate: A rich yet taut texture, where lively acidity and chalky minerality trace a long, saline finish of persistent elegance.
Serve between 12 and 14°C, in a Burgundy glass to release its full complexity.
